M3 Technology has received updated guidance from the State of New York, including new mandatory precautions to enact.  This includes a requirement to reduce our on-site staff by 50%, and M3 is taking immediate steps to implement that plan.

• Our logistics and quality teams will remain on-site processing incoming and outbound shipments.
• Purchasing, Program Management, Supply Chain and other administrative personnel will be divided into two equal teams, ensuring on-site availability at all times.  The 50% of the team operating offsite will remain accessible and engaged through Remote Connection Software, and will be available to respond to customer requirements and supplier needs.

As always, M3 Technology counts the health and safety of our employees and their families as our highest priority.  We will continue to monitor advice, guidelines and directives from local, state, and national agencies and will update our policies and practices accordingly.  Throughout this crisis, we remain committed to delivering service and support to our customers.
