Following a review of M3 Technology's internal quality processes, DLA Troop Support Industrial Hardware has approved the company's renewal application, and certified our qualification as a Distributor of Class 3 Threaded Fasteners.  As part of the QSLD Program since 2015, M3 is a key supplier of hardware to the Defense Logistics Agency, and has a strong track record of support for various other government agencies.  

The QSLD Program encompasses the best industry practices and incorporates these elements into the DLA Troop Support Construction & Equipment & Industrial Hardware supply chains' acquisition process. Through the program, suppliers are pre-qualified to deliver certain items based on an assessment of the provider's applied process controls. Applicants must demonstrate that the controls which they have in-place and in-use on a daily basis comply with the established QSL criteria, providing maximum assurance that the products procured conform to specification and contractual requirements.

In addition to certification by the DLA, M3 Technology underwent re-assessment by SAI Global for continued compliance with the ISO 9001 and AS 9120 Standards.  Following a comprehensive audit in November, SAI confirmed M3's certification to those standards, noting no non-conformities during the review.  M3 Technology works closely with SAI Global and key customers to continually improve its Quality Management System, incorporating industry best practices, and internal lessons developed over the previous 20 years of service.
