Any deviation must be requested in writing by the seller and approved in writing by an authorized agent of M3 Technology. Unless otherwise noted, the laws of the State of New York shall govern this order, and these terms will remain in force unless otherwise superseded. The Seller agrees that these terms will take precedence over any other terms and conditions, unless agreed to in writing by the Buyer.
