M3 Technology recently upgraded its packaging and handling capabilities by investing in and deploying multiple new tools.  This include several new Pregis Automated Packaging Machines from the Sharp line.  These new semi-automated resources will greatly enhance M3 Technology's support of customer requirements.  Multiplying the abilities of M3's supply chain experts will greatly enhance the team's productivity, and will allow rapid assembly and completion of kitting programs and other inventory management services.  While M3 has long offered these options, the new tools will allow more flexibility and greater support for customers in a wide range of areas.

M3 Technology received certification from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), recognizing its status as a woman-owned, operated and controlled organization.  For more than 20 years, M3 Technology has been a woman-owned small business, serving the Aerospace and Defense industry, and now has the credentials to match.  This certification follows a review process by the council to confirm and validate the role and responsibility of Janine Massa, the company's founder and President, and serves as a testement to her leadership of the organization.

M3 Technology has received updated guidance from the State of New York, including new mandatory precautions to enact.  This includes a requirement to reduce our on-site staff by 50%, and M3 is taking immediate steps to implement that plan.

• Our logistics and quality teams will remain on-site processing incoming and outbound shipments.
• Purchasing, Program Management, Supply Chain and other administrative personnel will be divided into two equal teams, ensuring on-site availability at all times.  The 50% of the team operating offsite will remain accessible and engaged through Remote Connection Software, and will be available to respond to customer requirements and supplier needs.
